Are you freelance?
Yep! We travel to your wedding or event. If you’re out of the metro area, fees apply. We ask that you please travel to us for trials. Most of our artists are centrally located.
How long does hair and makeup take?
We allow one hour per person for each service.
What time should I book hair and makeup?
We recommend being finished with hair/makeup one hour before you travel to your ceremony or event. This allows you stress-free time to dress and pop the champs!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. We need a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits in Perth, Sydney & Bali are $33 per person, per service. You will be given account details when you book. Wedding dates will not be held until a deposit is received. These deposits are non-refundable.
When do I pay the final payment?
The final payment is required on the day of your wedding. This can be in the form of cash or transferred directly to your artist.
Do I need to book a trial?
We want you to be 100% happy with your look, so we suggest booking a trial before the big event. It’s a great chance for you to meet your artist and play with ideas.
How much are trials?
We charge the same price for trials as we do on the actual day of the wedding. We find we spend more time on the trial because we’re exploring looks/ideas.
If my wedding is far away, do I need to pay travel fees?
If your wedding or event is out of the metro area, travel fees apply. Our fee is based on the government standard of 78c per km to and from the address (per artist).
Can I book junior bridesmaids and flower girls?
We sure do! Hair for Flower Girls is $40 per service (we don’t offer make up, they are cute enough!). Junior Bridesmaids are $65+ (depending on age, hair length and thickness).
How do I prepare my face for makeup?
We like to work on a clean canvas, so give your face a cleanse before we arrive. No makeup or serum. Moisturiser is okay.
